## Corporate and Strategy Opportunities
1. Investment & Commercial Specialist
We are looking for analytical minds to drive our financial strategies.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, or Consulting.
* Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and financial reporting.
* Preference: Experience in M&A, divestment, or energy infrastructure is highly valued.
2. Risk Management Analyst
Join our team to safeguard our projects through data-driven insights.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
* Experience: 3+ years in data risk, quality, or control roles.
* Skills: Expert in Python, R, and Excel. Proficiency in statistical modeling, forecasting (ARIMA/LSTM), and machine learning is required.
* Preference: Knowledge of Java, C++, or PHP.
3. Project, Planning & Control (PPC) Officer
Ensure the seamless execution of our renewable energy projects.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA 3.30).
* Experience: 2+ years in project control or planning.
* Skills: Expertise in WBS development, project scheduling, and resource management. Proficient in MS Project or Primavera.
* Requirements: Excellent English communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
4. IT Staff
Drive our digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
* Experience: 2+ years in IT infrastructure or system development.
* Skills: Strong foundation in troubleshooting, networking, IoT, and database management. Familiarity with AI integration, cyber security, and API development is a major plus.
## Operational and Field Positions
We are currently hiring for specific site locations across Sumatra. If you possess technical expertise and a passion for renewable energy, consider these roles:
* Technician (PLTM Sungai Buaya, Deli Serdang): D3/S1 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 2+ years of power plant experience. Local residents of North Sumatra are prioritized.
* Solar PV (PLTS) Technician: S1 Electrical Engineering. 1–2 years of experience with solar panels, inverters, and battery storage (ESS) systems.
* Solar PV (PLTS) Operator: SMK/D3 Electrical or Mechanical background. Must understand plant safety (K3) and be willing to work in shift rotations.
* General Affairs (GA) Admin: S1 degree with 1+ year of HR/GA experience. This role is a 3-month contract at the PLTA Batu Gajah site.
* Finance Admin (PLTM Manajur): D3 degree with 1+ year of finance/accounting experience. Must be proficient in Excel and financial documentation.
* Technician (PLTM Silau, Simalungun): D3/S1 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
