# Open Selection for High-Level Leadership Positions: Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development 2026
The Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development of the Republic of Indonesia plays a pivotal role in synchronizing national policies and steering the implementation of critical infrastructure projects. ## Available Leadership Positions
Under Announcement Number 001/KP.00.03/2026, the Ministry is seeking candidates for the following strategic roles within the Secretariat and various Deputy offices:
* Head of the Bureau of General Affairs and Finance: Secretariat of the Coordinating Ministry.
* Head of the Bureau of Data, Communication, and Public Information: Secretariat of the Coordinating Ministry.
* Assistant Deputy for Acceleration of Island, Coastal, and Frontier/Outermost/Underdeveloped Area Development: Under the Deputy for Coordination of Regional Development Equity, Agrarian Affairs, and Spatial Planning.
* Assistant Deputy for Strategic Basic Infrastructure: Under the Deputy for Coordination of Basic Infrastructure.
* Assistant Deputy for Water Resources and Food Infrastructure: Under the Deputy for Coordination of Basic Infrastructure.
* Assistant Deputy for Improving Housing Access: Under the Deputy for Coordination of Housing Development and Public Infrastructure.
* Assistant Deputy for Housing Development in Transmigration and Underdeveloped Regions: Under the Deputy for Coordination of Housing Development and Public Infrastructure.
## General Requirements
All applicants must adhere to the following baseline criteria to be eligible for the selection process:
* Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Must currently hold the status of a Civil Servant (PNS).
* Must provide a certificate of physical and mental health issued by a government hospital or a licensed physician.
* Must demonstrate the technical, managerial, and socio-cultural competencies required for the specific position.
* Must possess a clean track record, high integrity, and strong moral character.
* Must have attained at least a "Good" performance rating for the last two consecutive years.
* Must not have been subjected to medium or severe disciplinary sanctions within the last five years.
* Must be free from any outstanding official audit findings.
* Must never have been affiliated with any prohibited organizations.
* Must have fulfilled tax obligations by submitting the Annual Tax Return (SPT) for at least the last year.
## Specific Eligibility Criteria
In addition to general requirements, candidates must satisfy the following technical qualifications:
1. Age Limit: Maximum of 56 years at the time of application.
2. Education: Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV.
3. Rank: Minimum rank of Pembina Tingkat I (IV/b).
4. Professional Experience: At least five years of cumulative experience in a field relevant to the target position.
5. Leadership Tenure: Must currently hold or have held an administrator position or a Senior Expert (Ahli Madya) Functional Position for at least two years.
6. Certification: Preference will be given to candidates who have completed and passed the National Leadership Training (PKN) Level III.
