The Ministry of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia is officially launching a major initiative focused on the Integrated Extreme Poverty Alleviation (PKE) Program for Lumut Nauli Village, Tapanuli Tengah Regency, for the 2026 Fiscal Year. To support the successful execution of this infrastructure development, the North Sumatra Building, Infrastructure, and Area Management Office is inviting qualified professionals to join our expert team.
## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are seeking dedicated experts and support staff to fill the following roles:
1. Team Leader (1 Position): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; 5 years of experience; Intermediate level certification in Construction Management.
2. Water Supply and Sanitation Expert (1 Position): Bachelor’s/D4 in Civil, Sanitary, or Environmental Engineering; 3 years of experience; Junior level certification in Water/Environmental Engineering.
3. Road and Building Structures Expert (1 Position): Bachelor’s/D4 in Civil Engineering; 3 years of experience; Junior level certification in Road or Building Construction.
4. HSE/Construction Safety Expert (1 Position): Bachelor’s in Engineering; 2 years of experience; Junior level certification in Construction Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
5. Building Structure Inspector (1 Position): Bachelor’s/D4 in Civil/Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
6. Piping Inspector (1 Position): Bachelor’s/D4 in Civil/Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
7. Secretary (1 Position): D3/Bachelor’s degree in any major; 1 year of experience.
8. Administrator (1 Position): D3/Bachelor’s degree in any major; 1 year of experience.
9. Drafter (1 Position): D3/Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Sanitary/Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
## General Requirements
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for these roles:
* Indonesian citizen demonstrating high personal integrity and loyalty to the national constitution.
* Must not be currently bound by other employment contracts, government services (PNS/ASN/THL), or honorarium positions.
* Capable of performing under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
* Possesses strong facilitation skills for community and government engagement at the village, sub-district, and regency levels.
* Medically fit (physical and mental).
* Must be willing to reside on-site at the Lumut Nauli Village project location throughout the 2026 program duration.
* Must not have any affiliations with political parties.
## Key Responsibilities Overview
Successful candidates will be responsible for upholding high standards in construction management and community engagement.
Core Duties for Experts
* Team Leadership: Coordinate technical experts, monitor site progress against contract documents, manage financial and physical reporting, and provide expert recommendations to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK).
* Specialized Technical Roles: Conduct commissioning tests for water, sanitation, and building structures, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and verify the accuracy of work against design specifications.
* HSE Oversight: Enforce Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) protocols, identify site hazards, and implement corrective actions to ensure a zero-accident environment.
Core Duties for Support Staff
* Inspectors: Perform site inspections, conduct material quality checks, and report discrepancies to the respective lead experts.
* Administrative & Secretarial: Maintain project archives, manage scheduling, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth information flow between team members.
* Drafter: Manage technical drawings, ensure design compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain updated as-built documentation.
