Mandatory Application Documentation

## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following key roles:
* Regional Coordinator (Korwil) / Water Infrastructure Facilitator: Requires an S1 degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of experience as a Pamsimas Provincial Coordinator, 3 years as a Pamsimas Technical Facilitator, or 4 years in water-related programming.
* Assistant Financial Facilitator (APK): Requires an S1 degree in Economics or Accounting with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Pamsimas financial roles or 2 years as a Pamsimas Finance Facilitator.
* Administration and Finance Assistant (AKK): Open to S1 graduates in Economics, Social Sciences, or Community Development with at least 1 year of experience in community-based water projects.
* Community Facilitator (FM): Open to D3, D4, or S1 graduates in Environmental, Civil, or Irrigation Engineering. Prior experience with Pamsimas projects is highly desirable.
Essential Candidate Criteria
* Proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Exceptional verbal communication and community facilitation skills.
* Capacity for full-time commitment and effective teamwork.
* Must not be a current Civil Servant (ASN) or hold permanent employment elsewhere.
* Must not hold active positions in community organizations (BKM/LKM/KSM) or be affiliated with political parties/legislative bodies.
