We are currently hiring for key roles to support our production excellence and administrative infrastructure.
1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring our precision-crafted miniatures meet global standards.
* Execute manufacturing tasks across various departments, including Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly.
* Adhere strictly to operational standard procedures and technical instructions.
* Maintain accurate daily production reports to ensure workflow transparency.
* Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
* Must be physically and mentally fit.
* Must possess normal color vision and have no history of dust allergies.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail, agility, integrity, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
* Previous factory experience is highly preferred.
* Willingness to work in shifts, perform overtime, and meet production targets.
* Available for an immediate start at our Batang facility.
2. HR Staff
We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage our human capital requirements and ensure seamless administrative operations within our manufacturing environment.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end hiring process from initial candidate sourcing to final onboarding.
* Foreign Worker Administration: Handling critical documentation and licensing to ensure full regulatory compliance.
* HR Operations: Providing comprehensive support for daily HR functions to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Management is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
* Deep understanding of regional labor laws and employment regulations.
* Familiarity with psychological assessment tools is considered a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in professional English (both written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to learn quickly, maintain high precision under pressure, and work with minimal supervision.
* Prepared to join immediately and be stationed in Batang, Central Java.
