## 1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
As a Food Techno Commercial expert, you will serve as a vital bridge between our cutting-edge sanitation products and our clients' operational environments, ensuring seamless service delivery and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Ensure product availability at client sites, prevent stockouts, monitor expiration dates, and strictly enforce the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory system.
* Spare Parts Management: Maintain an adequate supply of replacement parts to guarantee uninterrupted client operations.
* Technical Client Support: Deliver comprehensive on-site technical services, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting minor technical hurdles, and training staff on equipment usage in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Client Visits & Site Audits: Conduct scheduled client visits equipped with complete toolkits and test kits, perform site surveys, and draft detailed reports prior to any machinery installation.
* Equipment Installation: Execute seamless hardware and machinery installations while maintaining immaculate cleanliness in the workspace post-project.
* Customer Relations: Promptly remind and encourage clients to complete the Customer Satisfaction Form.
* Reporting: Compile and submit systematic daily activity reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a technical commercial or field service role.
## 2. IT Support Staff
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Staff member to maintain our digital infrastructure, secure company data, and ensure smooth technological operations across the entire enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
* Web Management: Oversee and manage the corporate website and internal company portals.
* Network Administration: Conduct routine network diagnostics and maintain robust connectivity.
* Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware, software, and network bottlenecks efficiently.
* Hardware Maintenance: Perform regular physical maintenance and condition checks on all company computers.
* Data Backup: Ensure secure, automated daily data backups for the Accurate financial system and other critical corporate databases.
* Escalation Management: Report severe infrastructure damages or major hardware failures immediately to senior management.
* Asset Tracking: Inventory, catalog, and label company hardware assets for accurate reporting to the Finance and Administration Department.
* Additional Duties: Execute ad-hoc tasks and special directives assigned by superiors to support business operations.

* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
