PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri, biasa disingkat TransNusa, adalah maskapai penerbangan domestik Indonesia yang melayani wilayah timur Indonesia, terutama Nusa Tenggara dan Sulawesi bagian selatan. Basis utamanya adalah Bandara El Tari, Kupang. Diluncurkan pada Agustus 2005 melayani berbagai tujuan dari Kupang, Timor, menggunakan pesawat carteran dari Pelita Air dan Trigana Air Service. Pada Agustus 2011, TransNusa memasuki tahap baru dengan menerima sendiri Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) dan izin penerbangan niaga berjadwal. Seiring pertumbuhan perusahaan yang pesat dan beradaptasi dengan trend di Industri penerbangan maka mulai December 2021 TransNusa beralih konsep Low Cost Carrier (LCC) dan akan menggunakan pesawat bermesin JET Engine sebagai armada utama nya. A diploma in any field, a degree in air transport, tourism or hospitality is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Min. 1-year experience in ticketing and customer service roles (handling international flight is a plus). Familiarity with reservation systems. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
