1. Welder
As a core member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for executing high-precision welding tasks on hydraulic components.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK equivalent).
* Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Preferred Credentials: Possession of active 3G-6G welding certifications will be considered a significant advantage.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience welding tubes and hydraulic rods (As Rod Hydraulic).
* Skillset: Proficient in operating precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers, with the ability to accurately interpret complex engineering drawings.
2. Assembly / Disassembly Technician
This role is critical for the seamless dismantling, inspection, and assembly of heavy-duty hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational school (SMK) graduate, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working as an Assembly Operator or Assembly Technician within the heavy machinery or cylinder manufacturing industry.
* Skillset: Highly familiar with caliper measurement instruments and capable of reading technical schematics and blueprints with precision.
3. Sales Support
Bridging the gap between our technical operations and valued clients, this administrative role ensures our sales pipeline runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational school (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general administrative role.
* Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and skilled in drafting professional commercial quotation letters.
* Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly meticulous, possessing exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and demonstrating a proactive, agile learning mindset.
4. Inspector

* Educational Background: Minimum vocational school (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably gained within pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal manufacturing enterprises.
* Technical Proficiency: Competent in creating 2D and 3D engineering designs, utilizing vernier calipers and micrometers, and thoroughly comprehending technical drawings.
* Domain Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is strongly preferred.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
The PPIC professional orchestrates the harmony between material procurement, production scheduling, and project execution.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of dedicated professional experience within a PPIC role.
