## About the Role
As a Compensation & Benefit Staff, you will play a vital role in managing our human resources operations, ensuring that our employees receive accurate compensation, comprehensive benefits, and seamless administrative support. This position is ideal for an analytical professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a sharp eye for detail.
## Key Responsibilities
In this role, your daily tasks and overarching responsibilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end payroll administration and processing.
* Handling employee benefits, compensation structures, and mandatory programs such as BPJS.
* Calculating income taxes (PPh 21) accurately and in compliance with regulations.
* Tracking employee attendance, overtime, and maintaining updated personnel data.
* Generating comprehensive HR-related reports for management review.
* Utilizing HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel tools to streamline HR processes.
## General Requirements
To ensure success in this position, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, HR Administration, or related fields (exceptional fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of payroll systems, employee benefits, tax regulations (PPh 21), and BPJS administration.
* Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable navigating modern HRIS or payroll software.
* Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, absolute discretion regarding confidential data, and robust problem-solving skills.
* Industry Advantage: Prior working experience within the hospitality, tourism, or leisure industry will be considered a significant plus.
