Key Qualifications:
* Educational background of at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the QA or QC department within the ceramic manufacturing industry.
* Must not be color-blind (strict requirement for tile color matching and quality inspection).
