As a Production (Gesso) Leader, your day-to-day duties will directly influence the efficiency, safety, and output of the manufacturing floor. Your primary responsibilities include:
* Team Coordination: Coordinate, supervise, and organize all team workflows to guarantee seamless alignment with company schedules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and strict corporate guidelines.
* Quality Control & Repair: Monitor product repair processes and grading procedures meticulously to ensure every output complies with the company's elite quality benchmarks.
* Target Achievement: Take full accountability for meeting and exceeding production output quotas while maintaining unwavering adherence to quality standards.
* Staff Development: Mentor team members to elevate their professional competencies, conduct thorough performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
