1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will oversee the heartbeat of our distribution center by balancing capacity, manpower, and operational flow.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop daily inbound/outbound schedules, monitor inventory accuracy, manage storage allocation, and produce performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) degree in any field, minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse planning, and a strong foundational knowledge of logistics processes.
2. Transport Planner
This role is essential for maintaining our seamless delivery network and ensuring that cargo moves safely and efficiently across the country.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing loading notes, coordinating with transporters and security, monitoring shipments via the Transport Management System (TMS), and overseeing proof-of-delivery (POD) protocols.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) degree, at least 1 year of experience in transport planning, proficiency in TMS software, and basic English communication skills.
3. Administration Staff
The Administration team serves as the backbone of our order processing and data integrity.
* Key Responsibilities: Processing sales orders into delivery orders, handling equipment tracking, conducting stock opnames, and maintaining accurate master data.
* Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of administrative experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and SAP systems.
4. Equipment Operator
Precision and safety are the top priorities for our operators, who ensure our high-tech equipment is handled with absolute care.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing inbound/outbound storage tasks, ensuring "Good Warehouse Practice" compliance, and performing daily maintenance checks on material handling equipment.
* Qualifications: High School (SMA/SMK) diploma, minimum 2 years of operating experience, and a valid SIO Forklift Class 2 certification registered with TemanK3.
5. Picker Checker
Our Picker Checkers are the frontline experts responsible for the accuracy of our picking and replenishment operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Ensuring physical goods match documentation during intake, utilizing RF Scanners for precise picking, and performing feeder activities.
* Qualifications: High School (SMA/SMK) diploma, at least 1 year of warehousing experience, and the ability to work in shifts. Possession of a valid SIO Forklift certification is a significant advantage.
