## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As the Store Manager for our fashion retail division, you will serve as the heartbeat of the branch. Your leadership will directly influence daily store performance, visual appeal, inventory health, and overall profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sales and Operations Management: Drive daily store operations to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, manage store budgets wisely, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
* Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and train staff to maintain exceptional customer service standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
* Inventory and Stock Control: Oversee stock organization and inventory monitoring to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
