## Current Openings
We are currently recruiting for the following specialized roles to strengthen our production and administrative departments.
1. Management Trainee – All Plants
This role is designed for high-potential individuals ready to fast-track their development within our manufacturing ecosystem.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Plastic Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in a manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and specialized software; foundational knowledge of plastic production processes (Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Extrusion, or Thermoforming).
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities, sharp analytical mindset, target-oriented, and high integrity.
* Requirement: Must be willing to be stationed at any MMM Plastic plant.
2. Information Technology (IT) Staff – Sidoarjo, Surabaya
We are looking for tech-savvy problem solvers to maintain and optimize our internal infrastructure.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; proficiency in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
* Professional Traits: Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Requirement: Willing to work in Surabaya or Sidoarjo.
3. Inventory Control Staff – Sidoarjo
This role ensures the precision and efficiency of our supply chain and logistics operations.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Administration, Accounting, or Logistics.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Admin, Inventory, or Logistics staff.
* Core Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP systems or inventory software like SAP or Accurate.
* Key Responsibilities: Conducting accurate stock opname, data entry, and detailed stock reporting with high integrity and accountability.
4. Export-Import Sales Staff – Surabaya
Join our commercial team to bridge our products with international markets.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, or English Literature.
* Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills; in-depth knowledge of Export-Import regulations and procedures.
* Software Proficiency: Strong grasp of MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Requirement: Possession of a driving license (SIM A or C) is considered an added advantage.
