Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/equivalent).
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in marketing. Candidates with a background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector are strongly preferred.
* Geographic Focus: Must have an in-depth understanding and familiarity with the Pantura Timur market, specifically covering Pati, Kudus, Jepara, Rembang, and Purwodadi.
* Residency: Must currently reside in Kudus or the surrounding areas.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements for Mobility
As this is a field-based role, the following items are mandatory:
1. Personal Transportation: Access to a reliable private vehicle is required for daily sales activities.
2. Valid Documentation: Must hold a valid Indonesian motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C).
