1. Production Admin
The Production Admin plays a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly through accurate data management and cross-departmental collaboration.
* Inputting and maintaining daily production reports within the company system.
* Conducting periodic stock opname to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Coordinating effectively with department heads and internal cross-functional teams.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field.
* At least one year of professional experience in an administrative role.
* Possess a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a decisive personality.
* Priority will be given to candidates who possess working knowledge of the SAP system.
2. Maintenance Technician (Shift-Based)
Our Maintenance Technicians are the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that our high-tech machinery and utility infrastructure remain in peak working condition.
* Providing direct assistance to the Engineering Foreman during operational tasks.
* Executing precise welding operations, specifically GTAW and/or SMAW techniques.
* Performing ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance on production machinery, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a Diploma (D3) graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
* Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Strong technical proficiency in GTAW and SMAW welding methods.
* Comprehensive understanding of electrical circuits and schematics.
* Working knowledge of machine tools and industrial equipment maintenance.
