## Role Overview: Warehouse Administrator
The Warehouse Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the supply chain. This position is responsible for overseeing the precise flow of goods, ensuring that inventory data is accurately captured, and maintaining the efficiency of storage operations to meet the company’s fast-paced distribution needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for the following daily operations:
* Inventory Receiving: Managing the incoming shipment process and verifying that delivered goods align with quality and quantity standards.
* Storage Management: Organizing product storage layouts in strict accordance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methodologies.
* Accuracy Control: Overseeing the condition of stock and ensuring physical inventory levels match the administrative database at all times.
* Documentation: Recording all movements of goods in and out of the facility to maintain impeccable records.
* Audit Readiness: Conducting regular, periodic stock opname sessions to reconcile accounts.
* Reporting: Preparing and presenting comprehensive operational reports regarding warehouse performance to management.
## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though individuals with one year of prior experience in warehouse management are encouraged to apply.
