Infrastructure & Project Management
1. Project Leader (Infrastructure)
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Proven experience in workshop construction.
* Ability to coordinate comprehensive project execution and manage project budget plans.
2. Engineering (Infrastructure)
3. Supervisor
4. K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) Specialist
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in infrastructure projects.
* Capable of developing, implementing, and monitoring project-specific safety SOPs.
5. Drafter
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience drafting for workshop, building, or general construction projects.
* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D.
6. Planner/Admin Tools
7. Surveyor
* Degree in Geodesy.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in road and bridge construction.
* Competence in Total Station, Waterpass, and RTK; preference given to those skilled in drone mapping.
8. Site Administration
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Civil Engineering (preferred).
* Experience in project-based Accounts Payable (AP).
* Ability to manage petty cash reports and operational budget analysis for earn-value calculations.
9. Checker
Senior & Specialized Roles
10. Sr. Civil Engineer
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Capable of preparing direct and indirect cost plans (RAP) and conducting project team briefings.
* Experience in DED preparation and construction supervision.
* Willingness to travel to project sites; based in Head Office 8, South Jakarta.
11. Supervisor (Building & Infrastructure)
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a site supervisor for buildings or steel workshops.
* Strong knowledge of steel construction and quality control procedures; based in Jababeka Industrial Estate.
12. Supervisor (Steel)
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision for factories and steel workshops.
* Technical knowledge of steel products, cement, and masonry; based in Jababeka Industrial Estate.
13. Project Leader (Workshop)
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Experience in workshop construction and project budget management; based in Cikarang.
14. Project Leader (Land Clearing & Water Management)
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Forestry, Soil Science, or Geology.
* Expertise in land clearing, block design, and water management systems for oil palm plantations.
* Ability to update monthly geodatabase maps; based in South Kalimantan.
