## Management Trainee Program Overview

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this professional development program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Physics.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; individuals with up to one year of professional experience are also welcome.
* Soft Skills: Proven time management capabilities, clear communication style, and strong interpersonal skills.
