## Current Openings
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our operations in Cikarang, Bekasi.
1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
This role is essential for maintaining efficient administrative flow within our production division, requiring linguistic precision and organizational rigor.
* Manage, organize, and archive all documentation generated by the production department.
* Provide comprehensive support for internal and external audit compliance.
* Monitor document lifecycles and manage the destruction of outdated or irrelevant files.
* Facilitate seamless communication by translating documents between Japanese, Indonesian, and English.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 certification required).
* Prior experience in documentation control and general administration.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P1 / QA-P3)
We are looking for detail-oriented quality professionals to ensure our products meet the highest international standards.
* Execute precise dimensional inspections using specialized measurement tools.
* Perform routine in-process and final product verifications to ensure strict adherence to customer specifications.
* Document and analyze measurement data to track quality trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Conduct "Not Good" (NG) verifications, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective or preventive actions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering departments to resolve quality-related challenges.
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality-related role within a manufacturing environment.
* Proven expertise in operating precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and height gauges.
