1. Senior Legal Counsel
As a key legal advisor, you will directly support operational integrity and mitigate corporate risk across diverse ventures.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Legal Manager Operations to deliver comprehensive legal counsel across procurement, projects, and base business operations.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of energy contracts—including drilling, marine charter, FEED, EPCI, O&M, and facility-sharing agreements—ensuring total compliance with PTK-007, local laws, and internal company policies.
* Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigations in close coordination with external legal counsels to safeguard company interests.
* Contribute to the formulation of internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory resources.
* Monitor legislative updates, assess the impact of new regulations, and liaise proactively with local regulatory bodies.
* Represent the Legal department within internal tender committees.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); a Master’s or advanced post-graduate law degree is strongly preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional legal experience, gained either as an in-house counsel within the oil and gas sector or at a reputable law firm.
* Certifications: Possession of a PTK-007 Certification for the Procurement of Goods and Services in Upstream Oil and Gas, alongside admission to the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), is highly advantageous.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional issue-spotting acumen, strong judgment regarding escalation protocols, and a collaborative, approachable working style.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English, with elite legal drafting capabilities.

2. Project Officer
