## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in our fast-paced environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Recent graduates (0–3 years of experience) holding a Bachelor’s degree in the following fields:
* Engineering: Required for Operation Analyst and Engineering roles.
* Accounting: Required for Accounting roles.
* Management/Economics: Required for Accounting and Human Resources roles.
* Psychology: Required for Human Resources roles.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
* Professional Skills:
* High proficiency in English and Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management capabilities.
* Proven organizational skills evidenced by previous extracurricular or professional experience.
