## Core Responsibilities of the Role
As an Organizational & People Development specialist, you will serve as a strategic partner to department leadership, ensuring that internal talent strategies align seamlessly with broader organizational objectives. Your day-to-day impact will span several key areas:
* Performance Management: Oversee and streamline the performance management lifecycle specifically tailored for the News Directorate and Programming Directorate.
* KPI Alignment: Collaborate directly with Department Heads to formulate, track, and refine robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive productivity and accountability.
* OD Integration: Partner cross-functionally with various departments to seamlessly integrate comprehensive organizational development initiatives.
* Structural Optimization: Regularly review, develop, and update organizational structures to ensure they dynamically support the evolving goals of the company.
* Employee Programs: Work hand-in-hand with leadership to design and execute impactful employee engagement and development programs.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating as a Training Specialist or within a dedicated Learning & Development (L&D) capacity.
* Technical L&D Mastery: Demonstrate proven expertise in conducting thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and designing comprehensive, end-to-end learning modules.
* Theoretical Knowledge: Possess a solid, working grasp of organizational behavior, corporate culture building, and leadership development frameworks.
* Software Proficiency: Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word—for crafting engaging training materials and presenting data clearly.
* Analytical Aptitude: Maintain a data-driven mindset capable of evaluating learning metrics and translating raw data into actionable business recommendations.
* Communication Skills: Display exceptional verbal, written, and non-verbal communication abilities.
* Interpersonal Excellence: Showcase strong facilitation and interpersonal skills necessary to captivate diverse audiences and build rapport with key stakeholders.
