## Position Overview: Media Sales Executive
TATV is currently looking for a motivated and driven Media Sales Executive to join our team in Surakarta. We are seeking a professional who is passionate about media growth, possesses strong communication skills, and is eager to build lasting relationships with our partners and advertisers.
Key Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree; preferably in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales or Marketing. Previous experience within the media, television, or event organizer (EO) industries will be considered a significant advantage.
* Networking: An existing network of contacts among companies, advertising agencies, or advertisers is highly desirable.
* Skillset: Exceptional communication, confidence, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
* Mindset: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and focused on achieving tangible results.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in a mobile capacity, conducting frequent client visits.
* Collaboration: Capable of working effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
* Logistics: Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM) is preferred.
* Location: Willingness to be based in Solo, Central Java.
