The NXT program is a flagship initiative designed to transition high-potential graduates into accomplished healthcare professionals. This structured pathway bridges the gap between academic theory and practical, real-world field experience.
What the Program Offers
Participants in the NXT program will undergo a comprehensive developmental journey, including:

## Candidate Requirements and Expectations
We are looking for motivated, ethical, and patient-focused individuals to join our 2026 cohort. To be eligible, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates (Class of 2025–2026) holding a Bachelor’s degree in any major, though science-related backgrounds are preferred.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities combined with professional English proficiency.
* Mindset: A willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.
* Field Readiness: Must possess an active SIM C driving license and be comfortable with daily field travel by motorbike, with the willingness to be assigned anywhere across Indonesia.
