## Role Overview: Warehouse Administrator
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring that our production cycle remains seamless. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Data Management: Accurately inputting and updating records for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
* Documentation & Reporting: Preparing comprehensive warehouse reports and maintaining precise documentation for audit readiness.
* Compliance Oversight: Ensuring all warehouse operations strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, quality standards, and GMP requirements.
* Operational Coordination: Collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to streamline workflow.
* Inventory Control: Monitoring real-time stock availability and performing regular cycle counts and stock opname procedures.
* System Utilization: Expertly navigating ERP systems, such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, to ensure data accuracy.
* Shipping Integrity: Validating the completeness and accuracy of all shipping and storage documentation.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this position, candidates must demonstrate a strong background in pharmaceutical operations and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
Educational Background
* Candidates must hold at least a Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience & Skills
* A minimum of one year of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
* In-depth knowledge of warehouse management and pharmaceutical supply chain best practices.
* Proficiency in material handling procedures, including receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping, under GMP and CPOB guidelines as mandated by BPOM and the Ministry of Health.
* Familiarity with standard pharmaceutical industry equipment and manufacturing processes.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Professional proficiency in the English language.
