## Requirements for Prospective Leaders
We are looking for candidates who possess both the professional experience to handle the demands of our industry and the integrity to lead our teams. To qualify for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Professional Background: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator/Supervisor in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry, or at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and unwavering integrity.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be placed at any of our 31 branches across Indonesia.
* Licensing: Possession of a valid SIM A (driver’s license).
