## 1. Recruitment Staff (AKAD)
We are looking for a results-driven professional to manage our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, specifically focusing on operational workforce fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute mass hiring and manpower fulfillment strategies for various operational regions.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, administrative selection, and interviewing.
* Coordinate with the Department of Manpower regarding AKAD, AKL, WLKP, and other labor-related documentation.
* Maintain professional partnerships with external vendors and labor agencies to ensure staffing targets are met.
* Monitor and track candidate progress from initial screening to onboarding and final placement.
* Generate detailed recruitment and manpower reports to support executive decision-making.
* Conduct business travel to various regions to perform on-site sourcing and selection processes.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Administration, or Agriculture.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mass recruitment or blue-collar workforce fulfillment.
* Deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Experience with AKAD and local labor administration is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage high-volume workloads.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for database management.
* Willingness to travel extensively throughout Indonesia.
## 2. KSO Financial Monitoring Staff
This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional tasked with ensuring fiscal discipline and transparency within our Joint Operation (KSO) units.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and control financial transactions and activities across all KSO units.
* Review and verify financial documentation, invoices, payment proofs, and supporting records.
* Analyze financial performance against set budgets and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Perform periodic financial reconciliations between KSO reports and company records.
* Identify potential financial risks or administrative inconsistencies within KSO operations.
* Prepare systematic financial monitoring reports for management review.
* Liaise with operational, accounting, and finance departments to resolve administrative bottlenecks.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or financial controlling.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
* Familiarity with Joint Operation (KSO) workflows is a significant advantage.
* Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
* Willingness to be stationed according to operational requirements.
