## Available Positions and Job Descriptions
1. Commercial Investigation Staff
This role focuses on protecting the company’s assets by identifying and addressing illegal water usage and anomalies.
* Responsibilities: Conduct field investigations on irregular connections, gather evidence of violations, and prepare technical and administrative documentation for disconnection or reconnection requests.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Environmental Engineering preferred). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though candidates with at least 1 year of experience are preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and must possess valid SIM A and C driving licenses.
2. Piping & Pressure Measurement Technician Staff
Responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of the water distribution network.
* Responsibilities: Monitor network operations, manage valve configurations, perform regular flushing, and evaluate pressure data to ensure consistent supply.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Environmental Engineering or related fields). Strong analytical skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office and valid SIM A and C licenses are mandatory.
3. Project Monitoring Staff
This position ensures that infrastructure projects and network repairs meet quality and efficiency standards.
* Responsibilities: Execute pre-work surveys, supervise external contractors, manage material procurement, and maintain distribution network accessories such as valves and manometers.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred). At least 1 year of experience in project improvement or relocation is highly preferred. Must hold valid SIM A and C licenses.
4. Quality Estimator Staff
Focuses on technical planning and execution for corporate customer installations and internal distribution projects.
* Responsibilities: Perform network inspections, manage pipe replacements for corporate clients, and develop detailed Budget Plans (RAB) and engineering drawings (DED).
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Industrial Engineering or relevant fields). Fresh graduates are welcome. Must be proficient in MS Office and hold valid SIM A and C licenses.
5. Regular Validator Staff
Ensures the accuracy of meter readings to maintain precise billing and operational data.
* Responsibilities: Validate contractor meter readings, coordinate field findings with management, and compile performance reports for field staff.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Engineering or relevant fields). Excellent analytical skills with MS Excel proficiency. Must hold valid SIM A and C licenses.
6. Zero & Reclass Tariff Staff
Optimizes revenue streams and customer data accuracy through careful network and property assessment.
* Responsibilities: Inspect water meter installations, validate cases of zero consumption, identify property usage, and propose tariff reclassifications based on official guidelines.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Management, Communications, or relevant fields). Candidates with at least 1 year of experience are preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and possession of valid SIM A and C licenses are required.
