## Candidate Requirements

2. Age: Maximum 25 years old.
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
4. Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
5. Mobility: Willing to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia.
6. Residence: Willing to reside in company housing (mess) during the training period.
7. Commitment: Must be willing to sign a two-year service bond and participate in intensive, full-time training.
8. Health: Physically and mentally fit; must not be colorblind.
