## Candidate Requirements
To maintain our standard of excellence, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate discipline, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Please ensure you meet the specific criteria for your desired role:
Educational Background
* For Industrial Engineering (IE): A Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
* For HR/Shipping Roles: A Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Law, Management, or a related field.
* For Pattern Maker: A High School diploma or equivalent with proven industry experience.
Technical and Professional Skills
* Software Proficiency: Strong competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is essential for IE and HR positions.
* Regulatory Knowledge: HR candidates must possess a solid understanding of Indonesian Employment Law.
* Communication: A basic command of the English language is required for all roles, along with strong interpersonal skills.
* Professionalism: Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
* Experience: Previous professional experience in the same or a similar role is a mandatory requirement for HR and Pattern Maker positions.
