1. Sales & Marketing Professional
As a Sales & Marketing expert at YPI Home Lift, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our luxury products, bridging the gap between our premium engineering solutions and discerning homeowners, architects, and property developers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align seamlessly with overarching corporate growth objectives.
* Generate, qualify, and compile comprehensive prospect databases for targeted outreach.
* Develop tailored product proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients.
* Introduce and sell company products through direct engagement and compelling presentations.

Professional Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a reputable university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale; degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are considered a distinct advantage.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven sales or marketing experience within the elevator industry, premium automotive sector, luxury real estate, or related fields.

2. Elevator Technician

Key Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, with a strong preference for Electrical or Mechanical Engineering disciplines; exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience working as an Elevator Technician.
* Comprehensive technical understanding of elevator installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and complex repairs.
