## Manufacturing and Technical Operations
1. Bagging Operator (Soap)
* Key Responsibilities: Manage product movement from production to the warehouse, operate bagging machinery, execute SAP transactions, and ensure strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
* Requirements: High school (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering or Science. Familiarity with production or packaging is a plus.
2. Technical Operator (Fatty Alcohol)
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor plant processes to ensure safe, sustainable, and efficient production. Lead troubleshooting efforts and support continuous process improvements.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Prior experience in a Fatty Alcohol plant is preferred.
3. Technical Operator (Tank Farm)
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee product loading into isotanks and flexibags, maintain inventory records, and ensure all dispatch activities comply with rigorous safety protocols.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Background in liquid product handling and bulk logistics is required.
4. Technical Operator (Dove)
* Key Responsibilities: Control production parameters for the Dove manufacturing line, manage both making and finishing processes, and maintain site productivity targets.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a strong grasp of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
