## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the EPC sector (specifically in Oil & Gas or Geothermal industries).

* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed at either our Head Office or assigned project sites as required.
