Core Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter. Exceptional fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also highly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, specifically including mastery of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
* Soft Skills: A proactive mindset, high initiative, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to adapt and perform effectively under pressure.
* Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
