Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our production lines. Your daily duties will include:
* Equipment Diagnostics: Assessing mechanical and electrical failures based on maintenance reports.
* Proactive Repairs: Executing essential repairs on machinery and electrical components to minimize downtime.
* Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine upkeep on equipment to ensure long-term operational success.
* Inter-departmental Support: Collaborating with various units to fulfill field-based technical requirements.
* Safety Compliance: Strictly adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment (K3) protocols in all operational tasks.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals who thrive in dynamic manufacturing environments. To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate specializing in Electricity, Mechanical Engineering, AC/Refrigeration, Welding, or Automotive Technology.
* Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age.
* Professional Traits: A high level of integrity, independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Geographic Preference: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Sumatra.
* Adaptability: Candidates must be comfortable working in remote industrial settings and be fully prepared for relocation to Pulau Burung or Sungai Guntung, Indragiri Hilir, Riau.
