We are currently seeking a motivated and disciplined professional to join our team at the Citeureup Warehouse facility. This role is a vital component of our logistics chain, ensuring that our high-quality products are managed and dispatched with maximum efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: Previous work experience of at least one year is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong understanding of ERP systems and operational workflows.
* Personal Attributes: Must be highly disciplined, honest, and possess a strong sense of professional responsibility.
* Employment Type: The recruitment process is conducted under outsourcing (OS) management.
Primary Responsibilities
The Warehouse Staff Outbound will be tasked with the following duties:
1. System Management: Processing Management Information System (MIS) tasks assigned via mobile applications.
2. Order Fulfillment: Executing precise picking, packing, and labeling of goods destined for shipment via transporters.
3. Inventory Control: Conducting regular stock opname activities and ensuring all items within the storage facility are neatly organized and properly maintained.
4. Quality Assurance: Performing thorough inspections to verify that all items are in optimal condition before they are dispatched.
5. Compliance: Actively managing and upholding workplace safety, health, and environmental standards (K4LM) within the warehouse area.
