## Career Opportunity: Production Technician
MAGI is looking for a driven, hands-on professional to oversee production line operations and ensure optimal performance at our Surabaya facility.
Key Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience Level: Open to both enthusiastic fresh graduates and professionals with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of production machinery (covering mechanical, electrical, and automation aspects).
* Literacy & Comprehension: Capable of reading and interpreting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and complex process parameters.
* Soft Skills: Possesses basic leadership capabilities to guide helpers, fosters strong teamwork, demonstrates high discipline, exhibits meticulous attention to detail, maintains a willingness to learn, and is prepared to work in a shift system.
* Work Location: Surabaya, East Java.
Core Responsibilities
As a Production Technician, your daily duties will be vital to maintaining our high manufacturing standards:
* Operate and monitor production machinery strictly in accordance with established SOPs.
* Maintain process stability and ensure the consistent high quality of manufactured outputs.
* Perform equipment setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting when mechanical issues arise.
* Direct and collaborate with production helpers to achieve daily output targets safely and efficiently.
* Uphold workplace safety standards (K3), maintain 5S organization principles, and optimize overall production output.
