Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this career-defining opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Social Welfare, Communication, Psychology, Community Empowerment, Sociology, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, or Social Development and Welfare.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with less than one year of professional work experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Core Competencies: A profound understanding of social empowerment, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) principles, and the management and resolution of social conflicts.
* Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in the Jambi operational area.
