1. Quality Control Liquid Staff
As a Quality Control Liquid Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all operational premix inspection activities strictly adhere to mandatory regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor blending processes and assign accurate quality statuses to premix materials before they transition to storage for subsequent processing.
* Record meticulous analytical findings on operational mixing logs and generate detailed inspection reports for semi-finished goods.
* Execute strict control and verification protocols regarding the completeness of mixing operations.
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) whenever mixtures or products deviate from established specifications, while leading root-cause problem-solving initiatives.
* Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all laboratory testing instruments, maintaining full accountability for calibration accuracy.
* Manage reagent inventory ordering and stock control across all semi-finished product laboratories.
* Supervise and mentor direct report subordinates to ensure optimal team output.
* Champion internal 5S and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Demonstrated professional experience working as a Laboratory Analyst or Quality Control professional within the FMCG manufacturing sector.
* Working familiarity with CPKB (Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics) and PKRT (Household Health Supplies) regulations.
* Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office suite, corporate email systems, cloud-based file storage, and SAP platforms.

2. Senior General Affair Staff
The Senior General Affair Staff member ensures that all corporate administrative and facility operations run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently to support daily business continuity.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate comprehensive General Affairs operations, encompassing facility management, physical security, and general administrative workflows.
* Ensure timely, accurate procurement and inventory management of office supplies, uniforms, furniture, and facility assets across all departments.
* Manage, track, and renew essential corporate licenses and operational permits required by local governance.
* Facilitate application and renewal procedures for import licenses while guaranteeing strict adherence to customs regulations.
* Coordinate expatriate work permits and regulatory documentation in close partnership with relevant government bodies.

* At least 5 years of solid professional experience in General Affairs, preferably within an FMCG or heavy manufacturing environment.

The PPIC Staff member drives supply chain efficiency by orchestrating meticulous production schedules and robust inventory management strategies to successfully meet fulfillment targets.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate accurate sales plans and demand forecasts.
* Develop comprehensive production schedules tailored to maintain optimal buffer stock levels and fulfill customer delivery timelines.
* Calculate precise packaging material and raw material requirements across a rolling 3-month horizon based on prevailing sales forecasts.
* Compile data and coordinate First Production trials alongside manufacturing and relevant departments to secure launch approvals for new product innovations.
* Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Quality Control, Research & Development, Production, and Purchasing to guarantee alignment with ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 standards.
* Review, evaluate, and report on production target achievements against initial planning models.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of targeted experience as a PPIC Staff member in the FMCG sector are encouraged to apply.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools (specifically advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) alongside enterprise resource planning systems like SAP or ERP.

Our standard operational schedule is designed to balance productivity with employee well-being:
