1. Deputy Chief of Mine Road Construction Management
This leadership-oriented role requires someone with a deep understanding of heavy-duty hauling infrastructure.
* Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in road construction management.
* Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of hauling road engineering and maintenance.
* Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Must be willing to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
2. Personnel Officer (HR)
We are seeking an organized professional to manage our site human resources operations and employee administrative processes.
* Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a personnel or HR-related role.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word are essential).
* Ability to manage employee data, attendance records, and social security programs (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan).
* Must be willing to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
3. Heavy Equipment Operators
