## Open Position: Production Operator (12 Vacancies)
We are currently seeking 12 motivated individuals to join our production group. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of safety and efficiency that define the Hokkan brand.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will play a vital role in our daily facility operations. Your primary duties will include:
* Machine Operation: Managing packaging, mixing, and blow-filling machinery to ensure seamless production runs.
* Resource Preparation: Preparing Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) as required by the production schedule.
* Process Monitoring: Overseeing the production line to ensure consistent quality and operational flow.
* Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
* Reporting: Documenting and submitting accurate production reports at the end of each shift.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Industry Experience: At least one year of experience as an operator within a beverage manufacturing environment.
* Technical Proficiency: A working knowledge of PET bottling production machinery.
* Professionalism: Proven track record of responsibility, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
* Location: Willingness to be based at our facility in Ciawi, Bogor Regency.
