## Current Opening: Social Media Creative
We are currently looking for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Creative to join our team at the Epicentrum headquarters in South Jakarta. This role is ideal for a storyteller who understands the fast-paced nature of digital media and is ready to elevate our brand presence.
Core Responsibilities
* Content Development: Conceptualize and produce engaging creative content for both program-related initiatives and non-program features.
* Video Production: Design and execute high-quality video content to promote our various television programs.
* Performance Analytics: Monitor and compile comprehensive reports on the progress and engagement metrics of all social media activities.
* Content Scheduling: Ensure the consistent and timely deployment of creative materials across all digital platforms.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following requirements:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication Studies or a related field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably within the media or television industry.
* Digital Fluency: A deep understanding of digital trends and the ability to formulate and execute effective social media strategies.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in copywriting and video editing, specifically utilizing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
* Soft Skills: A critical, creative, and innovative mindset combined with a highly positive attitude and attention to detail.
* Adaptability: The ability to thrive under tight deadlines and remain agile in a rapidly changing work environment.
## Work Location
