* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates (Class of 2024 or 2025) or individuals with no more than one year of full-time work experience.
* Core Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, a demonstrated ability to learn rapidly, and proven leadership potential.
* Advantageous Skills: Proficiency in additional languages, specifically Mandarin or English, is highly regarded.
