# Internship Opportunities at the Secretariat General of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia

The Secretariat General of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) serves as a vital support system for the legislature. ## General Application Requirements
Candidates interested in pursuing an internship must submit the following documents to the Head of the Legislative Human Resource Development Center (PUSBANGKOM) of the DPR RI Secretariat General:

1. Plenary Session Division: Session Administration
* Capacity: 2 Participants
* Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, access to a laptop, and a professional, disciplined demeanor.
* Deadline: October 9, 2026.

2. Minutes Division: Archival Support
* Capacity: 1 Participant
* Education: Active S1/D4 student in Public Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration, or Archival Science.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, strong attention to detail, and a fundamental understanding of archival management.
* Deadline: September 21, 2026.

3. Building and Facilities Division: Technical Assistants
* Capacity: 6 Participants (Focus: Taman Building, Electrical, and Mechanical)
* Skills: AUTOCAD operation, presentation design, basic budget estimation (RAB), knowledge of electrical systems, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), mechanical building systems (lifts/escalators), HVAC, and plumbing.
* Deadline: September 20, 2026.

4. Commission V Secretariat: Session Service Operators
* Capacity: 3 Participants
* Education: Law, Political Science, or Communications.
* Requirements: Strong teamwork, honesty, and responsibility. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

5. Legislative Body (Baleg) Secretariat: Technical Policy Assistant

6. State Financial Accountability Agency (BAKN) Secretariat: Policy Analyst Assistant

* Education: Economics, Accounting, Law, Government Science, or Public Administration.
* Tasks: Summarizing findings from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK RI) and performing regulatory research.
* Deadline: October 1, 2026 (Internship Period: November 10 – December 18, 2026).
## Professional Conduct and Internship Regulations
All interns must adhere to the high professional standards of the DPR RI Secretariat, centered on the "BERAKHLAK" core values (Service-oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative).

* Attire: Professional business wear is mandatory. Jeans and t-shirts are prohibited; collared shirts and formal trousers are required.
* Discipline: Office hours are strictly 08:00 WIB to 16:00 WIB.
* Identification: Students must wear their university blazer (Almamater) and official ID badge at all times when moving between rooms or attending sessions.
* Commitment: The internship is full-time, and students are expected to have no conflicting academic schedules during the program.
