* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working directly with management on vital interdepartmental projects to achieve organizational objectives.
* Strategic Improvement: Contributing to business process enhancement initiatives across various branches and supporting the execution of company-wide strategies.
* Professional Development: Engaging actively in comprehensive training and coaching programs designed to sharpen your managerial and leadership competencies.
* Operational Integration: Collaborating across various business units to gain a deep understanding of operational flows and enterprise workflows.
* Reporting and Analysis: Drafting accurate, accountability-driven progress reports and delivering professional presentations to executive leadership.
## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking high-potential individuals who are ready to rise to the challenge of building a career within a fast-paced, environmentally conscious organization. To qualify for the MDP Batch II, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in International Relations, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Public Relations.
* Work Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Leadership and Soft Skills: Proven leadership experience, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
* Engagement: Active participation in organizational activities, committee work, or professional development programs will be considered a significant advantage.
* Mobility and Commitment: Candidates must be willing to undergo intensive training, accept national deployment to any ecoCare Group branch as required, and commit to a two-year service bond.
